With the iPhone due to be released on the land of Oz sometime this yeah, some lawyer-types from Queensland have decided that the carrier-lock is anti-competitive. Well done, Australia’s finally caught on to what the rest of the world has been saying for 12 months !

Anyway, seems Apple Australia didn’t want to comment on the story, which is never a good thing.
