Rachel went down to the Doncaster store of CPW to get her new phone the other day !

After my original blog post, the Director of Corporate affairs got in touch through the comment system. After requesting some details, he passed the info onto the insurance department. Rachel got a call the other day saying that she could go down to the store and collect a brand new handset. Result !

Unfortunately the store manager at the Doncaster branch still didn’t seem to be a happy chappy (perhaps because someone had gone over their head, and someone at H/O had done what he should have done in the first place !), but after an hour she finally got her new phone.
