I took the plunge late last night and upgraded my iPhone to the latest 1.1.4 firmware. Having been on .2 before hand, I’m noticing a few changes. Locateme is impressive, and works well. Then of course there’s the jiggly icons. Anything that jiggles is good in my book.

I used Ziphone 2.5 to do the unlocking, a couple of clicks and it was done. Very easy and pain-free.
