Macbook air selling out?

Not bad for a laptop that supposedly has no proper market to aim at !

Ars technica have done an article saying that demand for Apple’s latest technical marvel is outstripping supply, both in Apple stores and their retail partners’. When I was in the Apple store in Meadowhall buying my iPhone, I asked the ‘genius’ how the Air was doing. His reply was ‘we’ve sold a few, yeah’. He seamed quite surprised to be honest.

At the time of writing Apple’s own web-store is quoting 5 – 7 days for shipment. Have you tried to get hold of one and struggled? Let us know. Hell, even if you haven’t struggled, let us know what your impressions are.
