Dispite popular belief, it looks like Apple’s Mac Mini isn’t on the verge of being phased out. AppleInsider is reporting that the Mini team have been asked to beef up the specs, which include:

  • 45nm CPUs starting at 2.1Ghz
  • 800Mhz FSB
  • Intel GMA X3100 integrated graphics processor

While no-one knows Apple’s long-term plans for the Mac Mini, stockists have already started phasing out their old stock in anticipation of the refresh.
