Ken fisher over on Ars technica has apparently heard back from Apple on the dubious legality of Safari on Windows (the original post is here)

The Cupertino outfit has admitted that it was indeed an oversight in the legal mumbo-jumbo, and it has already been corrected.

I’m sure that’s a huge relief for the literally tens of people running Safari on Windows around the globe.
