iPhone surface problem? Bubbles galore

Over on Macrumors, there’s a thread started by SgtRios about his iPhone developing some sort of bubble under the screen. As the thread continues, it seems this is a fairly common problem, particularly in the US. One forum poster, ‘technocoy’, managed to get this photo of the offending bubbles….

They appear to be almost like dead pixels, and it seems Apple are getting more than a few iPhones returned because of it. With three iPhones in the family, this does worry me somewhat !

Has anyone suffered any bubble trouble (didn’t know I was a poet did you ?) and care to share with us how you get on requesting a replacement? Email or use the comment section!
