The company behind the OpenMac (or as it’s now called, the Open Computer) is vowing to fight Apple all the way to the courts.

Psystar is selling machines with OS X pre-installed, which it would seem violates the Apple end-user license agreement. Psystar in turn says this breaks antitrust laws. All very intriging.

Methinks this may rumble on and on. Stay tuned.
