One of my favourite iPhone Twitter applications is Twinkle, and it’s just been updated to 0.75.

Dough over on appleiPhoneschool.com covers it in more detail, but the main improvement I can see are the inclusion of links to photos you upload with Twinkle. The location feature also now remembers what distance you had it set to last time.
