iPhone’s gone from O2 web site? Err, no.

Some of our fellow Apple commentary blogs are reporting that O2 have discontinued the iPhone, with no more 8GB or indeed 16GB models available. I’ve just had a quick gander at the O2 website here, and that doesn’t seem to be the case as my screenshot below shows.

As the other sites are also carrying a screenshot saying otherwise, I can only assume some O2 warehouse worker’s found a box of iPhones in a corner somewhere ! Still, no cheap as chips 8GB iPhones unless you’re very lucky and happen to fall on the right store at the right time. On the other hand, you won’t be desperately trying to shift an old iPhone when the 3G version comes out like the rest of us…..
