If you're streaming your own recorded content, what about bandwith limitations (on my home connection, I've only got 50Kbps upload)? What about file format issues - my tuner records in MPEG-2 and iPhone can't play that natively. Oh well, nothing ventured...etc. I'll install Orb on my media server later on - which is about 50 Miles away - and see if we get anywhere!
