iPhone Video Recorder - my first test
I‘ve personally never really been one for making videos of everything. I’ve never really undesrstood the need to make videos of Birthdays, Christmas and the like. I mean, how often do you ever actually watch them? Having said all that, I’ve suddenly found myself playing around with youtube and feel I really ought to give it a go!
With my new found fondness for all things video, I went off and installed iPhone Video Recorder through Installer via the source over at http://www.iphone-recorder.com/install2. The app has a free trial which is limited to 30 second clips, or can be bought for $19.95 US.
I’ve not had chance to really try it properly, but what I have done so far does seem of a reasonable quality. It’s no dedicated video camera replacement, but then neither is any other phone out there.
The beauty of the app though is the fact it can upload directly to your youtube account. I’ve tried this (over WiFi) and it’s worked well once I’d got all my account details correct.
Anyway, here’s my little effort of less than 30 seconds of video. There’s no audio I’m afraid as I always sound like a mentally retarded donkey on camera !
