My first post today has absolutely nothing to do with either Apple or the iPhone, but I wanted to share what a great day I had on Friday.

My fiancée (thanks Rach!) bought me a supercar experience for Christmas, and Friday was the first day I could get to go. It took place at Elvington, York (UK) and was ace ! I got taken around the track by a pro driver in a Subaru Impreza WRX, then was let loose in an Aston Martin DB9 Volante ! It was so much fun even my Mum got in on the action with a drive of her own, this time in a bright red Ferrari. Here’s a few pics from the day, with an in-car video of my run after the jump

I’d highly recommend giving this a go. Mine was booked through driversdreamdays.co.uk, and was the Elite Super Car Thrill.
