Microsoft using MacBook Pros in adverts ? Surely not !

I’ll admit I’m a little unsure about this myself, but never one to shy away from a sensationalist post, here we go….

While trawling through Digg trying to get into the whole thing (am I the only one who doesn’t use Digg?) I came across this post on HeHe2.net. There I found a picture of some promotional pamphlet included with a HP machine. The pic’s below, with the larger version here.

So what do you think? It certainly looks like a MBP if you look at the keyboard and squint a little bit !

Of course, it might just be one of the many MacBook wannabe PC notebooks you can find in your nearest store.

Let me know what you think in the comments, and remember the Digg button !

As a user of that particular model, and generation, it certainly looks like a 1st-gen MacBook Pro - I haven’t seen any other model with this exact texture and colour of aluminium, or the shape of the curve on the screen.

It’s a MacBook Pro. I bet that if the shot was panned out, they would have ’shopped out the Apple logo, too.
