Video: Applications launching with the SSD
I’ve had a few requests for a video showing off how quickly my MacBook launches a few apps with the OCZ SSD so thought (original post here) I’d throw up a quick and dirty effort for your viewing pleasure.
The applications are Safari, Mail, Evernote and iCal, all launched after a reboot.
Vid after the jump !
Any questions, you know where to find me !

Wow, that’s impressive to say the least! What about iTunes though, my previous generation MBP usually has a bit of a think before first load, it’d be interesting to see the performance gains when loading up a media library in iTunes.
@simonjs – I don’t keep my iTunes library on my MacBook unfortunately, but it does load nice and quickly.
