JobCompass – job searching becomes location aware
With things the way they are around the world these days, there are more and more people unfortunately needing to find new, or improved jobs. The problem though is finding something that’s near where you live. That’s where JobCompass comes in.
What JobCompass does is search for positions in your area, and then plot them on an easy to use map, meaning you can see what’s available and where. From here you can email links to the jobs to yourself or others and even apply online.

The bad news is currently the app is only of use in the US, though the hopefully there will be versions for other territories soon.
