Filed firmly in the entirely pointless but super-cool category, MacRumors brings us the best and certainly most expensive fridge magnet in the world – the iPad 2.
Chromium – Google’s OS designed for netbooks and presumably tablets – appears to have been ported to the iPad by well-known hacker Hexxeh.
I say appears, as so far there’s only a photo as proof, but it sure looks legit.

Last week I posted about the Sky Mobile app and what appeared to be their extortionate pricing. Since then, Sky have seen fit to clarify the situation and announce info about a trial scheme and reduced rates for existing Sky Sports subscribers.
I’m not sure I’d trust velcro enough to try this myself, unless you folks in the US have some sort of extra-strong stuff!
