Apple have confirmed that this year’s WWDC has sold out.

The news has been confirmed on the company’s WWDC page on its developer’s website. Fortunately, the bods over at Apple are  making videos of sessions taking place at the show available for purchase.

iPhone to control your iTunes library?

Erica Sadun over on TUAW has received a tip that the latest firmware release for iPhone includes code for an app called iControl.
Like Apple TV and other remote controllers, it would allow the iPhone to connect wirelessly to local iTunes libraries and browse through and play media from those sources.

iTunes updated to 7.6.2

Today saw Apple update iTunes to 7.6.2. The update apparently squashes to bugs with an aim “to improve stability and performance.”
You can update in the usual ways, including Software Update on your Mac.
I personally won’t be updating just yet, it wouldn’t be the first time an update has broken iTunes !
